Mr. Sanjay Nath (Partner and Head - Tax and Regulatory Services)

Over 30 years experience in taxation related matters

Has significant experience in dealing in taxation related matters and counts several large companies like Prafful Industries, Diamond Pocket books, Great Indian Nautanki Company (Kingdom of Dreams), SBL Pvt Ltd, among his clientele
Prior to BRMCo, he was employed with R. K. Relan& Co., Chartered Accountants

Mr. Akshay Maheshwari (Partner and Head - Financial Advisory)

An accomplished CA and MBA with extensive Financial Advisory experience

Has 10+ years experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Yes bank in their Audit, Financial Advisory Services and Investment Banking divisions respectively, working on more than 50 transactions in the private equity and M&A space
Heads our Financial & Business Advisory business, advising clients on Growth opportunities, Finance and Strategy
Education qualifications include Chartered Accountancy; Diploma in Information Systems Audit; Certified Insolvency Resolution Professional; Certificate in Valuation from ICAI; B. Com (H) from the University of Delhi and an MBA degree from Warwick Business School, UK

Mr. Amresh Sood (Head - GST and Insolvency Resolution Services)

Served as Finance Head and in leadership positions in large companies like GE T&D Ltd, Genesis Colours, Alcatel-Lucent, Bausch & Lomb and DCM group.

He has extensive multi disciplinary experience including establishing and managing business processes and financial controls, financial strategy, re-structuring, M&A and funding exercises, treasury management, indirect taxation etc.
He heads the GST practice at BRMCo, and being a registered insolvency professional, has set up the IRP practice as well. He also assists the Financial advisory divisionâ€™s valuation practice

Ms. Manisha Agarwal (Partner - Risk Advisory)

Over 10 years of experience and expertise in handling assignments related to process outsourcing and risk management for several large Banks and NBFCs

Manisha has been associated with BRM since May 2007, and is part of the Risk Advisory team.
She has vide experience in Pre-sanction due diligence, Standard documentation, Credit monitoring of advances, Post Sanction quarterly monitoring of various Companies for various Banks and financial institutions all over India. She is also looking after Stock Audits, Unit inspection and Internal audit of various industries like Manufacturing, Real estate, Telecom, Housing Finance, Service industry etc.

MR. Rajesh Agarwal (Partner – Assurance and Advisory)

Six Sigma Green Belt. Veteran of several MNCs - served as Financial Controller at Cargill India, EI Dupont India, Bata and other MNCs.

Rajesh is a seasoned industry veteran, with ~30 years of post qualification experience. He has been Financial controller at several large MNCs like Cargill India, and EI Dupont in the past, besides working with Bata India Ltd, Eurolink Systems, Jamna Auto and E&Y in the past. He has also independently advised SME Companies with process improvements, vCFO and financial management for the last 5-7 years
He has significant experience of having worked on IFRS, US GAAP frameworks, implementing best practices, setting up Financial Systems (SAP R/2 & R/3, RenCS, JD Edwards, Net Suite), Preventive Control Processes and Procedures that ensures compliance with US GAAP, SOX, Tax and other local regulatory requirements, besides working on multiple M&As
Education qualifications: Chartered Accountancy, and B Com from Delhi University. Rajesh is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified - Quality systems as applicable to the Financial and Procurement areas
